We received an offer within the first few days of being on the market. Although that fell thru due to buyer not being able to get a mortgage approval, she placed it back on the market, and a couple of days later received another offer. That went very smoothly and closed within a month.

Julie was outstanding to work with. I was selling my mom's condo from out of town and Julie went above and beyond helping to find contractors to fix items as well as going out of her way to take care of things when I was not available. Her customer service and level of caring for her clients is far above any other realtor that I have worked with in the past. Plus she was a tough negotiator when the buyers were being unreasonable. She did everything possible to get my property sold at a fair price. I would highly recommend Julie for anyone who wants to buy or sell a property. She is a gem!!
